Roth Language Atelier has been offering tailor-made language courses in Zurich Oerlikon and the surrounding Zurich area since 2011. Personal and direct contact with our students is very important to us.

To strengthen our team in Zurich Oerlikon, we are currently looking by arrangement for a motivated professional in the field of German as a Foreign and Second Language (DaF/DaZ):

German Course Instructor (DaF/DaZ)

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning, delivering, and evaluating DaF/DaZ lessons for adult learners (levels A1 to C2 according to the CEFR)

  • Administrative tasks such as monthly lesson reports and lesson planning

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in DaF/DaZ (Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or CAS) or an equivalent qualification in foreign language teaching

  • Teaching experience with adult learners (ideally levels A1–B2)

  • Responsible, reliable working style with high quality standards

  • Willingness to teach at least two evening courses per week and flexible availability

  • Passion for teaching and enjoyment of working in a team

  • Optional: Experience in tutoring and teaching children; if applicable, you may also teach children’s courses, which usually take place in the afternoon
